Owing to our experienced designers, we are
engaged in designing the plastic mould and new products. So as to meet
with each of client's satisfaction, we always pays attention to the
trend of the hardware and the software. At our unit, we have adopted
international advanced system - CAD/CAM/CAE in mould design and
injection molding. Our engineering and mould-making technology

We execute the manufacturing techniques of every mold as per the strict standard procedure which ensures the quality of mold design and production. Through our expertise, we guarantee the mold quality because of the skilled workers and advanced equipments. |

Molding material:
All the master batches are attained from quality suppliers in the area so minimizing problems in color matching. As per client's demands Pantone and RAL colors are available and all master batches are mixed in a sterile area with ample dust extraction assuring no problems with spotting occur. Molding quantity: We are operating a very flexible service on supplying smaller quantities of parts with assembly and finishing. All molds designed and developed by us and used in-house are free of any maintenance costs. |
